Sunbelt Personal Firewall and CounterSpy were recently discontinued and the company is offering free upgrades!

Customers who have a current maintenance plan for CounterSpy are entitled to receive a free upgrade to VIPRE*.

New customers who were considering CounterSpy will find if beneficial to purchase VIPRE® Antivirus instead, which includes anti-spyware and antivirus support.

Customers who have a current maintenance plan for Sunbelt Personal Firewall (SPF) are entitled to receive a free upgrade to VIPRE Premium.

For new customers wanting the extra protection of a personal firewall, we recommend purchase of VIPRE Premium – Advanced Total Security.

CounterSpy & Sunbelt Personal Firewall were discontinued in May, however, Technical support for both products will be provided until December 31, 2011. Both were great products, which is why their technologies have been incorporated into VIPRE and VIPRE Premium.
